The ATS is thrilled to kick off the 2025 International Conference with an inspiring Opening Ceremony on Saturday, May 17, in San Francisco, featuring keynote speaker Kimberly D. Manning, MD, MACP, a trailblazing physician, educator, and storyteller whose impact resonates far beyond medicine.
This cornerstone event embodies the spirit of innovation, collaboration, and patient-centered care, uniting the global respiratory community to spotlight the stories shaping the future of respiratory medicine. This year, we are honored to welcome Len Geiger, a dynamic advocate, speaker, and double lung transplant recipient, as our speaker.
(Pre-Conference) Postgraduate courses are a great way for audiences from a variety of backgrounds to get an in-depth overview of the latest guidelines and clinical practices. Join us during ATS 2025, for both hands-on, skills-based courses as well as didactic lecture based courses. Participants will also have the opportunity to take part in group tasks, learning new skills while also being an opportunity for networking.
Meet the Expert Seminars are informal one-hour morning small group seminars that offer a platform for direct interaction with recognized leaders in specific fields. Join expert researchers, clinicians, technology or procedural expert speakers, and emerging independent academics covering various topics. Most sessions will start with a 20–30-minute presentation followed by a discussion with the speaker(s). Sessions fill up quickly and registration is limited!
