All proposals must be submitted online through the ATS Networking Super Center Call for Input 

Do you have an idea for a networking event, interactive workshop, talk, or small group discussion relevant to early or mid-career professionals, clinicians, and/or basic or clinical research physician scientists? If so, the ATS Networking Super Center might be the place for you!

The Networking Super Center offers a variety of daily talks, networking events, small group discussions, and other opportunities focused on professional and career development that take our scientific content to the next level. Talks are typically 50-minutes long with follow-up Q&A and leverage the Networking Super Center’s unique setting to foster interactivity, experiential learning, and information conversation.

NOW, the ATS Networking Super Center Subcommittee is looking for proposals that will be scheduled in the Networking Super Center at ATS 2025! Successful proposals will be those relevant to members looking to enhance their careers, will be designed to promote interactivity and engagement, and will support ATS’s broader goals to ensure diversity and inclusion across its programs. Submissions that feature early career members as speakers or panelists are strongly encouraged.

The Networking Super Center “call for input” period is NOW Open!  Programming decisions will be announced in the fall.

1. Log into the site using your American Thoracic Society Login.
2. You may enter the proposal submission by clicking on click here to begin a new submission.
3. You may edit your proposal as often as you want; the information that you supply in your proposal will be saved when you click “save.”
4. Please review your proposal for accuracy prior to submission. When all the required fields are complete and you are satisfied with your proposal, you may submit it by clicking Save and Finalize.
5. You will receive an email confirming your proposal shortly after submission. If you do not receive the email, please contact Liz Guzman at lguzman@thoracic.org or Ashley Parent at aparent@thoracic.org.
6. Proposals received after Oct. 16, will NOT be considered. Proposals received on paper form or through email will not be considered.
7. Your proposal will be reviewed by the Networking Super Centersubcommittee and ranked with all other proposals.
8. If your session is chosen for the program, you will be notified in October. You will be expected to confirm your program and speakers at that time.
