Maritz Global Events is the official hotel vendor for the ATS 2025 International Conference. The ATS is not responsible for reservations or bookings made by any other individuals, agents, websites, or entities.
Please be aware that hotel resellers may contact you, offering discounted hotel rates and services for your trip. These offers are not endorsed or affiliated with ATS. Engaging with these companies could lead to costly consequences. If you receive unsolicited messages from companies offering hotel services for ATS 2025, please forward them to ATS@maritz.com, including your name and company/organization.
When booking your hotel, look for the ATS 2025 Official Vendor seal, which ensures your reservations are safe, secure, and officially associated with ATS 2025.
Hotel Deadlines and Information:
- You must be registered for the ATS 2025 International Conference to secure a hotel reservation. ATS 2025 hotels will not accept direct reservations, and Maritz Global Events will only book your hotel once they verify your conference registration.
- A credit card valid through June 2025 is required to reserve a hotel room. Confirmation emails will be sent from Maritz Global Events.
- Hotel reservation requests must be received by Maritz Global Events no later than Friday, May 1, 2025 (5 p.m. EST). After this date, reservations and rates are subject to availability.
- Please carefully review your confirmation and the hotel’s cancellation policy to ensure you meet all deadlines.

Air Travel
San Francisco International Airport (SFO): Public transit is available to and from the airport and downtown San Francisco via the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system. The BART station is in the International Terminal and operates frequently from early morning until late night, providing direct access to various parts of the city, including Downtown, the Mission District, and Union Square. BART also connects to other transit options, making it convenient for reaching popular destinations across the Bay Area.
Uber and Lyft are available at dedicated rideshare zones located on the departures and arrivals levels of each terminal.
Light Rail
San Francisco's light rail system, known as Muni Metro, offers several lines (J, K, L, M, N, and T) that provide convenient public transit service across various neighborhoods, including Downtown, the Castro, the Mission, and the Sunset District. Taxi Service
Taxicab stands are available at the airport, most hotels, major attractions, and shopping centers. The base fare and rates are displayed on the meter and include a flag drop charge plus per-mile and/or per-minute charges. An additional fee may apply when traveling from the airport.
Safety Advisory: Please ignore offers of ground transportation from solicitors inside the terminal buildings. These solicitors may appear official but are not authorized to solicit passengers by law.
Train
San Francisco is served by Caltrain, with its main station located at 4th and King Street. Caltrain provides convenient access to and from the Peninsula, including cities such as Palo Alto, Mountain View, and San Jose. For more information, please visit www.caltrain.com.
Buses
