ACCESS TO SESSIONS
Journalists must wear press badges in order to attend sessions and sponsored events. All of the scientific sessions, with the exception of Postgraduate Courses and Meet the Experts, are open to registered press. Journalists interested in attending these sessions must make prior arrangements with the communications staff.
Conference sessions may not be photographed, videotaped, or audiotaped. Photographers and camera crews who wish to take photographs or film at the conference in areas other than the press room or press conference room must obtain prior permission from the communications staff.
