ATS offers two (2) ways for international groups to request a block of hotel rooms. All requests are subject to availability and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hotel Packages

ATS and Maritz Global Events have partnered with FHTglobal to provide travel packages designed for international groups.

  • Basic packages include a hotel room and breakfast. Guests may choose from additional package enhancements and a la carte offerings designed to fit their budget and needs. Hotel Guest Rooms Only

If you are interested in securing hotel guest rooms only and do not require additional services, click here to continue. The timeline below outlines terms and conditions.


October 2023
  • The reservation portal opens for groups to submit hotel block requests.
  • A credit card with an expiration date valid through June 2024 must be used to guarantee room blocks within 10 days of receipt or the block will be released.
  • Groups may begin assigning names to their block.
February 2024
  • Groups may begin assigning names to their block of rooms at this time.
Thursday, March 14, 2024
  • Groups must submit their group rooming list or secure rooms through the website no later than March 14, 2024. Cancellations received after this date will be subject to a $350 administrative fee.
  • Guest rooms must be reserved with individual names that match the registered attendee. ATS compares registrant names with hotel reservations. Hotel reservations that do not match an ATS 2024 registrant will be canceled on Friday, March 15, 2024. As stated above, cancellations received after March 14 are subject to a $350 cancelation fee.
  • A government-issued ID or an ATS 2024 conference registration confirmation number must be provided for reservations requested after March 14. Reservation requests made without the proper documentation will not be accepted.
Wednesday, May 5, 2024 (until 5 p.m. EST)
  • Last day to change or cancel reservations with Maritz Global Events. Requests can be made through the website or by email to (requests are subject to availability).
Tuesday, May 7, 2024
  • Beginning on May 7, groups must contact the hotel(s) directly to adjust or cancel existing reservations. Hotel(s) may not have a record of your reservation in their system if contacted prior to Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
  • The credit card provided during the initial booking is used to guarantee the reservation. The hotel will only charge the credit card if the guest fails to cancel the reservation or fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date (no-show).
  • Groups may contact the hotel(s) directly to establish advance payment for reservations.

Substitution Policy

  • After Thursday, March 14, 2024, ATS/Maritz Global Events will require a new registration ID number for each name change. The lead occupant name on each reservation must match with a registered ATS attendee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made after Thursday, March 14, 2024, will be charged a non-refundable fee of $350 per reservation.
  • Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of one night’s room & tax deposit charged to the credit card provided and your room will be released by the hotel. In the event you wish to checkout prior to your confirmed departure date, the hotel may charge an early departure fee. To avoid this fee, please be sure to advise the hotel of any changes in your length of stay before or during check-in.
