Registration Location at the Moscone Center
For your convenience, registration is located in the North Building (Lobby Level) of the Moscone Center.
This location includes:
- Express Registration: Designed for attendees who are ready to pick up their badges quickly.
- Assisted Registration: Provides on-site support for attendees who need to make changes to their registration.

Badges
Name badges are required for entry to all ATS 2025 meetings and events. A $50 fee will apply for any replacement badge.

ATS International Conference Office
The ATS International Conference Office is located at the Moscone Center, Room 104 (South Building, Street Level).
Session Locations
ATS 2025 sessions, special events, assembly meetings, and committee meetings will be held at the Moscone Center. Ancillary meetings and events will take place at the following hotels:
- Marriott Marquis San Francisco
- Intercontinental San Francisco
Industry Supported Evening Symposia
The ATS encourages Industry Supported Evening Symposia in conjunction with the ATS 2025 International Conference. These programs will take place at the following hotels:
- Hilton San Francisco Union Square
- Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA
- Intercontinental San Francisco
- San Francisco Marriott Marquis
Exhibits
Exhibits will be held at the Moscone Center, Halls A-C (South Building, Exhibition Level). Badges must be worn for admittance to the Exhibit Hall.
Note: Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall.
Child Care Facilities
On-site child care is available through Accent. Please click here for more information and to register.
First Aid
Moscone Center: First aid stations are located on all levels of the facility. The specific locations are as follows:
- Moscone North: First aid is available on Street Level.
- Moscone South: Located in the South Lobby, Street Level.
- Moscone West: Located in the West Lobby, Street Level.
The Moscone Center is equipped with four Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) placed throughout the venue to assist in emergencies
ATS Hotels: Contact the hotel’s front desk for any emergencies.
Networking and Coffee Break Area
Coffee & Connections is in the Exhibit Hall, at Booth 2035. This area offers a comfortable lounge-style setting designed for networking and meaningful conversations.
Press Office
The press office is at the Moscone Center, Room 1 (South Building, Exhibition Level). It will be open to members of the press beginning Sunday, May 18 during the following dates and times:

Speaker Ready Room
All speakers must check in at the Speaker Ready Room at least four hours before their presentation. In the Speaker Ready Room, speakers can view, edit, and upload their presentations. This area is restricted to speakers only, and conference name badges must be worn for admittance.

- Moscone Center, Room 2000 (West Building, Second Level)

International Money Exchange
As of January 2025, foreign currency exchange services are available at San Francisco International Airport. The main location is pre-security in the International Terminal, Departures Level (Level 3). This service operates daily from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Prepaid phone cards are available at major convenience stores throughout San Francisco.
