ABSTRACT SESSION MODERATOR / FACILITATOR SURVEY

The ATS International Conference Committee (ICC) is seeking individuals interested in serving as Facilitators for Thematic Poster Sessions and Moderators for Poster Discussion Sessions and RAPiD Poster Discussion Session at the 2026 ATS International Conference in Orlando, FL.
Please complete the survey to submit your interest or nominate a colleague to serve as a facilitator or moderator.
Deadline: Nov. 17, 2025
If you are selected, you will be contacted by the ICC Program Committee Chair.
Below are the description and tentative guidelines for the session types:
- Moderator, Poster Discussion Session
- Moderator, RAPiD Poster Discussion Session
- Facilitator, Thematic Poster Session
Final guidelines will be available in March 2026.
Please note:
- ATS seeks input from junior and senior members of the respiratory healthcare community. However, facilitators and moderators should have expertise in their respective fields. They should be able to contribute significantly and effectively while engaging with attendees.
- A balanced and diverse representation of faculty that is reflective of our ATS membership ensures a broad range of perspectives are heard during the conference sessions.

If selected, facilitators/moderators are responsible for their travel, accommodation, and registration expenses to participate in the conference.
