The International Participants Center (IPC) is dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming environment for both international and U.S.-based attendees with a shared interest in global health. You can find the IPC at Sails Pavilion within the San Diego Convention Center, open from Sunday, May 19- Tuesday, May 21 , between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and Wednesday, May 22, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. This space offers a unique opportunity for professionals to connect with colleagues, network, and unwind between sessions. Specifically curated Studio Talks, designed for IPC attendees, offer valuable insights into various global health issues.

Additionally, adjacent to the IPC, the Global Respiratory Community will be on display, featuring 15 international peer societies that share common objectives with ATS in the pursuit of improving respiratory health on a global scale. These partner societies include:

This is a unique a opportunity for attendees to engage with peers from around the world, fostering meaningful connections and collaborations. We extend a warm invitation for you to visit the IPC and the Global Respiratory Community, as the chance to connect and network with international leaders in respiratory health is not to be missed.

In addition to the IPC, ATS is proud to host exclusive events tailored for international members and partners. One such event is the collaboration between ATS and Respiratory Societies of the Americas, including CHEST, ALAT, Canadian Thoracic Society, and the Brazilian Thoracic Society. Together, we aim to advance the mission of promoting global lung health. This year's discussion will center around "Pneumonia in Vulnerable Populations in the Americas." Scheduled for Saturday, May 18, from 2 - 4 p.m. at the International Participants Center in the Sails Pavilion of the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, CA, this symposium serves as a pivotal platform for key respiratory societies across the Americas to collectively address critical respiratory health challenges.
