Industry Theaters

At this time, all Industry Theater and Mini Theater time slots are fully committed. The ATS urges all interested parties to complete the application below to be placed on our wait-list should space become available.


Enhance the attendee's educational experience on the exhibit floor by hosting an ATS Industry Theater.  Theater presentations are the optimal opportunity for industry participants to promote brand launches or current therapies, conduct a focused program on disease awareness, or discuss current pipeline activity.

Due to multiple presentations in each theater sponsors are only able to access their theater 60 minutes prior (30 minutes for Mini Industry Theaters) to the start of the program and must vacate immediately upon the end of the presentation.  Coordination of a rehearsal time can be coordinated with Shannon Payne at spayne@thoracic.org.  

 

  • Industry Theaters are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Sponsor is permitted to set audience restrictions such as U.S. only or International only audience, or by invitation-only. 

  • Programs offering CME/CE/MOC credit are not permitted. The use of any space within the convention center that is affiliated with the Industry Program should support conference activities, and cannot be used in combination with developing CME/CE Material or any form of Professional Credit.

    • Programs from MECCs are welcomed, but require a letter of approval from the ATS that should be included in any grant submissions. Applications that do not follow this process will be declined. To obtain a letter of approval please contact Michelle Turenne, Chief, Corporate Alliances and Business Development at mturenne@thoracic.org.

  • Boxed lunch with beverages is provided by the ATS. (250 for a regular Industry Theater and 50  for a Mini Theater)

  • Audio or visual recording of the theater presentation is allowed provided it does not interfere with any other presentations scheduled for that theater.

  • A comprehensive A/V package is included and furnished by the ATS. A decision to not use the A/V package does not change the fee for holding an Industry Theater.  The A/V package for each theater is customized to ensure good visibility and sound quality. Please see the A/V Package plan for each theater to see what is included.

    • A general room operator for audio visual is provided to help load presentations or adjust the volume level. Should you require more technical assistance such as an audio engineer, video engineer, or camera operator please contact PSAV.
