Exhibit Space Rates:
Inline 10’x 10’: $4,300
Corner 10’x 10’: $4,500
Non-Profit/Clinical Trial Awareness 10’x 10’: $1,100
Recruiter 10’x 10’: $2,700
Island space: $45.00 sq.ft.

Payment

W-9 Form – The ATS’s Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is 06-1548706. For a copy of the W-9 form please email Stacy McManus at smcmanus@thoracic.org.

Check – Make checks payable to the American Thoracic Society (in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank) and mail to 25 Broadway, 18th Floor, New York, NY 10004. Attn: Shannon Payne.

Credit Cards – Applications with credit card details or a credit card authorization form can be emailed to Shannon Payne at spayne@thoracic.org. Credit card payments can also be made via the Map Your Show online booth sales module using the intranet link and password provided with your booth confirmation. If you need the intranet link and password resent please contact Shannon Payne at spayne@thoracic.org. Credit card payments cannot be taken over the telephone. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Wire transfer – An additional fee of $25.00 U.S. dollars is required for all wire transfers. Please contact Stacy McManus at smcmanus@thoracic.org for wire transfer instructions and an updated invoice showing the wire transfer fee.

Refund/Cancellation/Downsizing

  • Notice of cancellation and/or downsizing must be made in writing.
  • A refund minus the cancellation fee of 20% of the total booth price is available until February 3, 2017. After February 3, 2017 there are no refunds and the full balance is due.
  • For downsizing, half of the priority points for the year are forfeited.
  • The ATS retains the right to relocate an exhibitor after downsizing.
  • The ATS can sell cancelled or downsized space to another exhibitor without rebate or permission.
  • Exhibitors cancelling 400 sq.ft. or more are required to lounge the space at their expense and provide a sign that says This Lounge is Courtesy of xxx.
