CLINICAL ADULT CLINICAL CORE CURRICULUM CC6 SLEEP MEDICINE CLINICAL CORE CURRICULUM II 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Target Audience Practicing internists, subspecialists, registered nurses and advanced practice providers in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine who work in a clinical setting and are currently engaged in maintenance of certification. Objectives At the conclusion of this session, the participant will be able to: • review medical knowledge relevant to their practice in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine; • evaluate their knowledge and skills in core content areas in pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine. The goal of the core is to support clinicians who are engaged in maintenance of certification activities by providing updates on subjects included in recertification requirements. The ATS Clinical Core Curriculum Symposia focus on a 3-year content cycle of key topics in the areas of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. The topics are aligned with corresponding MOC Medical Knowledge modules. This symposium is intended to help clinicians stay up to date with important information relevant to their medical practices, and to provide an opportunity for clinicians to evaluate their individual knowledge and skills while earning MOC Medical Knowledge points.
