ccd-1-web.jpgDo you have an idea for an interactive session focused on career development? Has a workshop, talk, or small group discussion relevant to trainees and early career professionals been burning in your mind?  If so, the  Center for Career Development (CCD)  might be the place for you!

The CCD is a forum for career development designed for trainees and other early-career ATS attendees. This includes medical and graduate students, residents, fellows, postdocs, and other allied health and research professionals in Pulmonary, Critical Care or Sleep Medicine and related scientific fields. The CCD offers a variety of daily workshops, didactic lectures, small group sessions, and other opportunities focused on topics relevant to early career success. Sessions are typically 50-minutes long, and leverage the CCD's unique setting to foster interactivity, experiential learning, informal discussion, and networking.

And NOW,  the Members in Transition and Training (MITT) Committee is looking for proposals with a focus on career development that will be scheduled in the CCD at ATS 2022! Successful proposals will be significant to early career members, will be designed to promote interactivity and engagement, and will support the ATS's broader goals to ensure diversity and inclusion across its programs. Submissions by early career members or submissions that feature early career members as speakers or panelists are strongly encouraged.

The CCD "call for input" period is NOW Open! Programming decisions will be announced each fall.
