  1. Use Google Chrome as your internet browser – and please make sure you have the most up to date version. The platform will not perform reliably using other browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Safari.
  2. Use a strong, wired broadband connection with a speed of at least 1.4 Mbps. If your connection is slower, you may still participate but load times may be longer than normal. Please execute this speedtest to check your connection.
  3. Disconnect from VPN or corporate networks.
  4. Disable any firewalls.
  5. All live sessions will be conducted via Zoom, so be sure to download the latest version of the Zoom desktop app to your computer – you can do this at
  6. Add to your safe sender list, in order to receive notifications during the conference.
  7. Finally, we suggest using a laptop or desktop computer to participate in the event. While the site is enabled for mobile devices, the experience is optimal on a laptop or desktop.
