Meeting Room Request
The American Thoracic Society 2013 International Conference begins Friday, May 17 and runs through Wednesday, May 22. Sessions will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
We realize that the ATS International Conference presents an ideal opportunity for exhibiting companies, ATS corporate partners, universities and/or participating non-profit member organizations to hold meetings and private functions in conjunction with the International Conference. That’s why the ATS now offers a number of options to accommodate these needs, whether you’re holding a reception for fifty guests or a medical marketing meeting for senior staff, you can choose from among our on-site and off-site locations to make it happen.
Please note, to avoid scheduling conflicts with the Foundation of the American Thoracic Society Research Program Dinner, the ATS Awards Session, the President’s Lecture and Non-CME Industry Symposia, hotel meeting space will not be granted by ATS to events of more than fifty guests on Saturday, May 18 (4:45 pm-9:30 pm), Sunday, May 19 (4:45 pm-9:30 pm), and Tuesday, May 21 (11:30 am-1:00 pm and 6:30 pm-9:30 pm).
On-Site Meeting Space – Prices reduced from 2012
The ATS is offering three options for on-site meetings at the Pennsylvania Convention Center – Expo Suites, Deluxe Meeting Suites and Business Meeting Suites. Expo Suites are located inside the Exhibit Hall and are available for exhibiting companies only. The Expo Suites are available Sunday through Tuesday during exhibit hours. Deluxe Meeting Suites are centrally located on the bridge of the Pennsylvania Convention Center between registration and the Exhibit hall. They are available to exhibiting and non-exhibiting companies and organizations. Deluxe Meeting Suites and Business Meeting Suites are available all day Friday through Wednesday. Companies can select a variety of sizes and room sets designed to meet your individual needs. Deluxe Meeting Suites come complete with audio-visual, internet, electrical and a high end conference set-up. Business Meeting Suites include a conference table with chairs but do not include audio-visual or internet to provide a more cost effective meeting space. Deluxe Meeting Suites and Business Meeting Suites can be rented for 2 hours, a half day, a full day or for the full conference.

Off-Site Meeting Space
Thirty seven area hotels (including 10 airport hotels) surrounding the Pennsylvania Convention Center are currently available for large and small, single and multi-day off-site meetings and private functions. To reserve off-site meeting space, simply download and complete the Hotel Meeting Room application provided below and return a copy to the ATS following the instructions provided on the form. Once your request is approved, please select a hotel from our preferred hotel list and proceed with planning your event.

A limited number of Hospitality Suites are also available during the ATS 2013 International Conference and may be obtained through Travel Planners at 800-221-3531 (U.S. & Canada) or 212-532-1660 ext 1 (outside the U.S. & Canada) Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-7:00 pm, EST. Please note the ATS does not allow signs to be placed outside of hospitality suites.
