Business Meeting Suites at the Pennsylvania Convention Center start at just $500 for two hours. (Includes: private meeting room with a conference table, 8 chairs and electrical)

Deluxe Meeting Suites start at $800 (Includes: private meeting room with mahogany conference table, 10 chairs, 55” LCD monitor, electrical and internet)

Expo Suites are available inside or outside the Exhibit Hall and are yours for all three days (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday) – starting at just $2,000

Business Suites and Deluxe Meeting Suites are conveniently located on the bridge area between registration and the Exhibit/Poster Halls.

If you need meeting space in a hotel please note that the three ATS Headquarter Hotels – The Philadelphia Marriott Downtown,
The Loews and the Courtyard Marriott have very limited space available due to the needs of the society. Wait lists have been created and space will be released in order of receipt.


All Exhibitors must submit a Certificate of Insurance.

Each exhibitor is required to carry $1,000,000 worth of liability insurance per occurrence with a $2,000,000 aggregate and all exhibitors must submit proof of insurance via the Certificate of Insurance prior to the start of the conference. Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EAC)

If you are utilizing an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) to set-up or breakdown your booth you must submit an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor notification form found in the Freeman Exhibitor Service Manual. We must receive a valid Certificate of Insurance from each EAC you have working your booth prior to the start of the conference. If we do not receive a Certificate of Insurance for an EAC they will not be allowed access to the Exhibit Hall until we are in receipt of it.

Attendee List Rental
We’ve added the attendee list rental form to the exhibitor portion of the conference website at:

The pre-registration list includes emails and can be sorted by demographics so you can target those attendees that will most benefit from your message. It also includes a home/office address indicator. 

Let attendees know you will be exhibiting by purchasing the attendee list!


Important Information from the ATS 2013 Exhibitor Service Manual

  • Freeman now has a three tiered pricing schedule for ordering show services; online, discount and standard. Order your services online by April 25th to save the most money!

  • Electrical outlets will be dropped at each inline booth; however, this is NOT included in your booth equipment. Be sure to order electrical services prior to set-up for the lowest prices.

  • All booths must have floor covering for the entire booth space.

  • All booths larger than a 10’x 30’ must hire union labor for installation

  • All cords within the booth must be grounded 3-wire, 12 gauge UL cords.

  • If you require labor, please be sure to order it early.

  • Maximum allowable height of booth structure is 20ft for island space. Maximum height for the top of hanging banners is 22ft. and the maximum height of hanging banners is 8ft.

  • If you are using tanks of compressed gas in your booth please complete the form found in the manual.

  • All island booths and two-story booths must be submitted for approval prior to installation.

  • Discounted furniture package available for 10’x10’ and 10’x20’ exhibitors. Package includes a 6ft blue draped table, blue carpeting, 2 chairs, a wastebasket and 200lbs of material handling for $825 if ordered by April 25th.
